The time-release dosing (2 x 2-capsule principle) ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.
4 capsules per day with meals (ideally 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Contains vitamin K (consult your doctor if taking anticoagulant medications such as Marcumar®).
