This multi+ Vital Complex is further enriched with essential vitamins and minerals. The timed release (2-capsule principle) ensures more even absorption over 24 hours.
2 capsules per day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or with other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), consult your doctor before use.)
