Phytoform® Green Tea EGCG 250+ is a highly concentrated green tea extract, not a powder, providing a high and standardized concentration of valuable components. Take 1–2 capsules a day with a meal, with plenty of liquid.
Note: Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
