To support weight loss: take 2 capsules three times a day – in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening – before meals, with 2 glasses of water each time.
To support normal cholesterol levels: take 8 capsules spread throughout the day before meals, with 2 glasses of water each time.
Note: Due to glucomannan’s high swelling capacity, there is a risk of choking for people with difficulty swallowing or who do not drink enough fluids. Drink at least 1 glass of water per capsule to ensure that the glucomannan reaches the stomach. If taking medication, allow at least 2 hours between doses. Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
