Take 4 capsules a day with meals (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Do not take for longer than 3 months without medical advice. Contains vitamin K: if taking anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains EGCG: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
