Haar-in-form forte multi+ is our recommendation if you want a supplement with zinc for healthy hair and nails, along with the multi+ Vital Complex that provides additional essential vitamins and minerals. With higher dosage and additional ingredients, it is ideal if you are looking for a supplement with extra strong effects. The time-released intake via the 2 x 2-capsule principle ensures more even absorption over 24 hours.
Take 4 capsules per day with food (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day.
