Darm-in-form Flora® Fibra 5, a powdered supplement, offers a particularly diverse fibre complex comprising five soluble and insoluble fibres: acacia fibre, apple fibre, psyllium husks, oat fibre and maize dextrin (Nutriose®). This natural fibre is derived from maize, is tasteless and cannot be broken down by the human digestive system to any significant extent. Dietary fibres are among the valuable indigestible components of plant-based foods. Soluble dietary fibres reach the large intestine largely unchanged and serve as a food source for the bacteria living there. You can stir this high-quality powder into soup, broth, muesli and yoghurt, for example.

Twice a day: stir 6.4 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water.
The powder can also be stirred into other drinks and foods, such as muesli or yoghurt, as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is advisable to introduce the supplement gradually, starting with half a measuring scoop and increasing the dose by half a measuring scoop every two days.
To ensure the bacteria survive a little better, leave the powder to stand for approx. 10 minutes after stirring it in.
Tip for those increasing their fibre intake: make sure you drink 2–3 litres a day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
