Fibraform® 3-Fiber Complex consists of three soluble dietary fibers: acacia fibers, inulin, and maize dextrin (Nutriose®). The complex is flavor-neutral, making it pleasant to take. The high quality of the included fibers is a given – FormMed stands for premium quality.

Twice a day: stir 6 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water.
The powder can also be stirred into other drinks and foods, such as muesli or yoghurt, as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is advisable to introduce the product gradually, starting with half a measuring scoop and increasing the amount by half a measuring scoop every two days.
Tip for those increasing their fibre intake: make sure you drink 2–3 litres a day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
