Fibraform® 5-Fiber Complex is ideal if you are looking for a combination of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers. The components of the complex, including acacia fibers, apple fibers, psyllium husks, oat fibers, and maize dextrin (Nutriose®), are perfectly balanced. Twice a day: stir 6.3 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water.
The powder can also be stirred into other drinks and foods, such as muesli or yoghurt, as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is advisable to introduce the product gradually, starting with half a measuring scoop and increasing the amount by half a measuring scoop every two days.
Tip for those increasing their fibre intake: make sure you drink 2–3 litres a day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
