Fibraform® 5-Fiber Complex is ideal if you are looking for a combination of soluble and insoluble dietary fibers. The components of the complex, including acacia fibers, apple fibers, psyllium husks, oat fibers, and maize dextrin (Nutriose®), are perfectly balanced. - A fibre complex comprising three soluble fibres: acacia fibre, inulin and maize dextrin (Nutriose®)

2 measuring spoons per day: Stir 6.3 g of powder (approx. 1 measuring spoon) into at least 200 ml of water morning and evening. The powder can also be mixed into other cold and warm liquids or foods such as soup, broth, muesli, or yogurt as desired.
To avoid initial bloating, it is recommended to start with half a measuring spoon and increase by half a measuring spoon every two days.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
