Darm-in-form Flora® Spectrum (powder) is a modern supplement for maintaining normal mucous membranes (e.g., the intestinal mucosa) with Vitamin B2. The supplement, with its broad spectrum of 11 different bacterial strains, is also available in gastro-resistant capsules.

Twice a day: stir 2 g of powder (= approx. 1 level measuring scoop) into at least 200 ml of water, milk (not hot) or yoghurt and take with a meal.
Alternatively: 4 g of powder with a meal.
To ensure the bacteria survive better, leave the powder to stand for approx. 10 minutes after stirring.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
