Health effects
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) to support
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue,
- normal functioning of the nervous system,
- a normal cell division process and
- a normal homocysteine and energy metabolism.
Use 1 spray (= approx. 0.2 ml) per day in the mouth. Shake well before use. Press the spray head three times before first use. Clean the spray head after each use.
