Melaform® Oral Spray supports healthy sleep with high-purity melatonin, which helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Each spray delivers 1.0 mg of melatonin, which is highly bioavailable through oral administration and is absorbed directly through the mucous membranes in the mouth. The premium formula is also enhanced with lemon balm and passionflower extracts.

To help you fall asleep more quickly: apply 1 spray into the mouth in the evening before going to bed.
To help alleviate the effects of jet lag: on the first day of your trip and on each of the following three days, apply 1 spray into the mouth shortly before going to bed.
Shake well before each use. Press the spray nozzle three times before using for the first time. Clean the spray nozzle after each use.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
