B12-form® 500+ (lozenge) contains high doses of Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin). The lozenge form is recommended if your absorption of Vitamin B12 is reduced. Each lozenge contains 500 µg of the vitamin, along with folic acid as Metafolin® and Vitamin B6 as P-5-P. These special raw materials highlight: FormMed stands for premium quality.
