Schlaf-in-form Drink is mixed with water or milk and taken shortly before bedtime. It contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This high-quality supplement is also enriched with lemon balm and hop extracts, the amino acids glycine, L-theanine, and L-tryptophan, as well as magnesium.

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, dissolve 7.9 g of powder (about 1 scoop) in cold or warm (not boiling) water or milk and drink shortly before bedtime.
