Relax-in-form® Nacht should be taken about an hour before bedtime and supports normal nervous system function with Magnesium, Vitamin B6, and Niacin – all in the finest FormMed quality.
Lavender, lemon balm and hop extract as well as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), L-theanine and L-tryptophan
