To support a normal function of the immune system with Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, and Selenium.
2 capsules per day with meals (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening).
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or in conjunction with other green tea products on the same day. Contains Vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), only take under the supervision of your doctor.)
