Ja. Bei Bedarf lassen sich die Kapselhälften einfach auseinanderziehen. Das Pulver kann z. B. in Joghurt oder andere kalte bis lauwarme Speisen eingerührt werden.
Das hängt von der individuellen Dosierung ab. Bei 2 Kapseln pro Tag reicht eine Dose 45 Tage, bei 6 Kapseln entsprechend 15 Tage.
