Take 2 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
If necessary, increase the dose to 6 capsules per day, taking 2 capsules three times a day, spread throughout the day.
Note: At the same time, ensure you follow a low-arginine diet. L-arginine is found in abundance in seeds, nuts and pulses.
