The included multi+ Vital Complex also provides you with essential vitamins and minerals. The staggered intake (2-capsule principle) ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.
2 capsules per day with meals (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women, those under 18, on an empty stomach, or in combination with other green tea products on the same day. Contains Vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), only take in consultation with your doctor.)
