Once or twice a day, stir 14 g of powder (= approx. 1 level measuring scoop) into a glass of water and take it before or with a meal.
Due to the increased fibre intake, ensure you drink enough fluids (around 2–3 litres per day).
Note: Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
