Glutaminoform® 750+ combines high-purity L-glutamine with vitamin B2, niacin and pantothenic acid. The amino acid is obtained through the fermentation of plant-based raw materials and is therefore vegan. As with all our products, only the finest raw materials are used in this supplement: FormMed is synonymous with premium quality!

Take 2–12 capsules a day on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal), with plenty of liquid.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Das Präparat eignet sich für erwachsene Personen, die gezielt L-Glutamin ergänzen möchten – zum Beispiel bei unausgewogener Ernährung oder erhöhter körperlicher Belastung. Auch in Phasen, in denen die Schleimhäute besonders beansprucht sind, kann es eine sinnvolle Option sein.
Die enthaltenen B-Vitamine ergänzen Glutaminoform® 750+ auf ernährungsphysiologisch sinnvolle Weise: Vitamin B2 und Niacin tragen zur Erhaltung normaler Schleimhäute bei – etwa der Mund-, Magen- oder Darmschleimhaut. Pantothensäure unterstützt einen normalen Energiestoffwechsel.
Die Kapseln sollten zwischen den Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden – ideal ist 1 Stunde vor oder 2 Stunden nach dem Essen. So wird L-Glutamin am besten im Darm aufgenommen, da es nicht mit anderen Aminosäuren um die Aufnahme konkurriert.
Bei höherem Bedarf kann die tägliche Dosis auf mehrere Einnahmezeitpunkte verteilt werden.
