Darm-in-form Fibra Med is particularly suitable if you want to support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as the intestinal lining, with Vitamin B2. The supplement includes a special form of resistant starch to enhance fiber intake. This resistant starch reaches the large intestine largely unchanged, where it is available for fermentation by bacteria.

Daily, stir 1 heaped measuring spoon (8 g powder) into 200 ml of liquid with each of the three main meals and consume. If necessary, the daily portion (3 heaped measuring spoons) can also be taken with just one or divided between two meals. Please use the enclosed measuring spoon.
Please note when using for the first time: To prevent initial bloating, the intake of Darm-in-form Fibra Med can be started gradually. For this, start by taking the amount of one heaped measuring spoon spread throughout the day. If this is well tolerated (usually from the 4th to the 7th day), the amount can be increased to two heaped measuring spoons. The same applies to the dosage increase to three heaped measuring spoons per day, which should be well tolerated from the 7th to the 14th day.
Tip: Darm-in-form Fibra Med dissolves very well in a small amount of water (e.g., in an espresso cup) and can be taken in one gulp. Then please drink some liquid afterwards. The powder can also be stirred into cold and warm liquids or foods such as soup, broth, muesli, or yoghurt as desired.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
