Take 2 capsules per day with meals (ideally one capsule each in the morning and evening).
Note: If you are taking medication, please consult your doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K, which can affect the efficacy of blood thinners (e.g., Marcumar®).
