Gluco-in-form® Blood Sugar Balance is our recommendation for maintaining blood sugar levels, thanks to the included chromium, and is naturally of the highest quality and composition. In addition to chromium, the supplement contains a blend of high-quality plant extracts from Ceylon cinnamon, bitter melon, green coffee, turmeric, ginseng, green tea, and ginger.
Take 3 capsules per day with meals (one capsule each in the morning, at noon, and in the evening).
Note: If you are taking antidiabetic medication, please consult your doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
