Darm-in-formFlora® Hista combines vitamin B2 to support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes (e.g., the intestinal mucosa) and normal skin with at least 12 billion viable organisms per daily dose from 8 bacterial strains. It also contains the fiber maize dextrin (Nutriose®). As always, this product offers the best FormMed quality.

Take 1 capsule per day with food.
For swallowing difficulties: Open the enteric-coated capsule, let the contents rest in water or milk (not hot) or yoghurt for 10 minutes, and then take with food. This increases the survival rate of the bacteria.
