Take 2 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Contains vitamin K: if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains astaxanthin: should not be consumed by children under 14 years of age, or if other astaxanthin-containing supplements are taken on the same day.
