Sport-in-form® Electrolyte Balance is a high-quality electrolyte blend that we recommend for intake during prolonged or intense physical activity. This combination includes alkaline magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, and zinc—the minerals that are lost in higher amounts through sweating.
During endurance phases, take 2 capsules each hour with plenty of liquid. For intense physical performance, the intake can be increased to up to 6 capsules.
The capsules are also excellent for making an electrolyte drink. Simply open the capsules, dissolve in water, and add carbohydrates as desired.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Ja, das Präparat eignet sich auch außerhalb des Sports zur gezielten Ergänzung verlorener Elektrolyte – etwa bei starkem Schwitzen im Sommer, in der Sauna oder bei körperlicher Arbeit.
Basische Mineralstoffe (Elektrolyte) sind organische Verbindungen, die im Körper weniger zur Säurebelastung beitragen als zum Beispiel Chloridverbindungen. Das ist insbesondere bei intensiver körperlicher Belastung von Vorteil.
Viele Elektrolytprodukte enthalten Zucker zur Energieversorgung. FormMed verzichtet darauf – für eine reine, gezielte Versorgung mit Mineralstoffen ohne unnötige Kalorien. Wer dennoch Kohlenhydrate ergänzen möchte, kann die Kapseln einfach öffnen, in Wasser auflösen und nach Bedarf z. B. Traubenzucker oder Saft hinzufügen.
