Take 2 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Contains vitamin K and resveratrol: if you are taking any medication (particularly anticoagulants such as Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
