Stir 6 g powder (= approx. 2 level measuring spoons) per day into 200–250 ml warm or cold milk, plant-based drink, or water and drink. Can also be sweetened with sugar or sweeteners or mixed with coffee as desired.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
