Phytoform® Vital Mushroom Complex contains extracts from four vital mushrooms and boasts a high polysaccharide content of 30%. Naturally, this supplement offers the best FormMed Premium Quality.
- A complex of extracts from the mushroom species Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis), Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) and Shiitake (Lentinus edodes)
