Phytoform® Rhodiola 250+ contains 250 mg of Rhodiola extract per capsule. To support normal nerve function, the supplement also includes Vitamin B1. Premium quality is a given with FormMed.

Take 1 capsule per day in the morning on an empty stomach (ideally at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) with some liquid.
