Emotio-in-form® multi+ is our recommendation for supporting the psyche with vitamins B6 and B12 if you also want a multi+ Vital Complex with other essential vitamins and minerals. Take 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
