Phytoform® Griffonia HTP 100+ offers 100 mg of natural 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) derived from the African black bean Griffonia simplicifolia, providing a high dosage. This supplement, in typical FormMed premium quality, also contains Vitamin B1 and niacin.

Take 1 capsule a day on an empty stomach (preferably at least 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after a meal), with plenty of liquid.
