MSM: a natural source of sulfur for the body
Methylsulfonylmethane – organic sulfur for joints, skin, and connective tissue
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a natural source of organic sulfur. Sulfur makes up about 0.2% of the human body — roughly 150 grams in total. About half of it is found in the skin, joints, bones, and muscles, where it serves as an important building block of proteins in connective tissue.
