Melaform® Oral Spray supports healthy sleep with high-purity melatonin, which helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Each spray delivers 1.0 mg of melatonin, which is highly bioavailable through oral administration and is absorbed directly through the mucous membranes in the mouth. The premium formula is also enhanced with lemon balm and passionflower extracts.

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep: Apply 1 spray in the mouth before going to bed.
To reduce the effects of jet lag: On the first day of travel and for the first few days after arriving at your destination, apply 1 spray in the mouth shortly before going to bed.
Shake well before use. Prime the spray pump by pressing it three times before the first use. Clean the spray pump after each use.
