Leciform®PC 350+ is particularly suitable if you want lecithin from soy with a very high content of phosphatidylcholine. The high-quality preparation also contains omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil as well as natural tocotrienols.
- Contains 350 mg of phosphatidylcholine: choline helps maintain normal liver function and normal fat metabolism
- Choline is involved in the transport and metabolism of fats and cholesterol; in the form of phosphatidylcholine, it is also an important structural component of cell membranes
- Plus omega-3 fatty acids from linseed oil
- Plus natural tocotrienols

Take 2–6 capsules per day with meals with some liquid.
