Hista-in-form® multi+ supports on two levels: with vitamin B2 for skin and mucous membranes, and with vitamin B6 for a normal energy metabolism. Additionally, vitamin C supports normal immune system function. The multi+ Vital Complex further provides essential vitamins and minerals. Best quality and composition are a given with FormMed.
Take 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Contains Vitamin K (If you are taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), only take after consulting your doctor).
