Energie-in-form® Fatigue multi+ contains vitamin B12, which supports normal energy metabolism and reduces tiredness and fatigue. Other ingredients of this high-quality preparation include secondary plant substances from the plant Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, Ginkgo biloba extract, and turmeric, as well as L-carnitine and taurine. The preparation also offers the amino acid L-tyrosine and the essential amino acid L-tryptophan. Amino acids are building blocks of proteins. Essential amino acids cannot be produced by the body itself. Energie-in-form® Fatigue multi+ is supplemented with the multi+ Vital Complex.

Take 2 capsules per day with food (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18 years of age, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day. Contains Vitamin K (When taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), only take in consultation with your doctor.)
