Mental-in-form® multi+ is a high-quality supplement designed to support mental performance and concentration with Pantothenic Acid. It is additionally enriched with Ginkgo biloba extract and Choline, a vitamin-like substance. The supplement also includes the multi+ Vital Complex, providing essential vitamins and minerals. The balanced formulation – including a comprehensive B-vitamin complex – and the use of special raw materials ensure the high quality of FormMed.

Take 2 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Contains vitamin K: if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains 12.5 mg of EGCG per capsule. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by those under the age of 18; should not be taken on an empty stomach; and should not be consumed on the same day as other green tea products.
