Mental-in-form is a high-quality supplement with Pantothenic Acid to support mental performance, particularly concentration. Additionally, the supplement contains Choline and Ginkgo biloba extract. Choline is a vitamin-like substance that the body can produce on its own when protein intake is adequate. Take 2 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Contains 12.5 mg of EGCG per capsule. Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by those under the age of 18; should not be taken on an empty stomach; and should not be consumed on the same day as other green tea products.
