Schlaf-in-form Drink is mixed with water or milk and taken shortly before bedtime. It contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This high-quality supplement is also enriched with lemon balm and hop extracts, the amino acids glycine, L-theanine, and L-tryptophan, as well as magnesium.

To help you fall asleep more quickly, stir 7.9 g of powder (= approx. 1 measuring scoop) per day into cold or warm (not boiling) water or milk and drink it just before going to bed.
Note: Taking Schlaf-in-form Drink may impair your ability to drive or operate machinery. If you are taking antidepressants, only take this product after consulting your doctor. Contains 12.5 mg EGCG per measuring scoop. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
