The multi+ Vital Complex provides additional essential vitamins and minerals. The timed-release (2 x 2-capsule principle) allows for more even absorption over 24 hours.

Take 4 capsules per day with meals (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Consult a doctor if you are taking medication. Do not exceed 800 mg EGCG per day. Contains vitamin K, which may affect the efficacy of blood thinners (e.g., Marcumar®).
