Take 3–6 capsules a day with meals (preferably 1–2 capsules each in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening), with plenty of liquid.
Note: Contains resveratrol: if you are taking any medication, only take this product after consulting a doctor. Contains EGCG: do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, by those under the age of 18, on an empty stomach, or if other green tea products are consumed on the same day.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
