Darm-in-form Flora® Spectrum (powder) is a modern supplement for maintaining normal mucous membranes (e.g., the intestinal mucosa) with Vitamin B2. The supplement, with its broad spectrum of 11 different bacterial strains, is also available in gastro-resistant capsules.
2 times per day: in the morning and evening, stir 2.0 g of powder (= approx. 1 level measuring spoon) into water, milk (not hot), or yoghurt and take with a meal. Alternatively: 4.0 g of powder with one meal.
For slightly better bacterial survival, let the powder rest for about 10 minutes after stirring.
Store in a cool, dry place out of the reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
