The timed-release intake through the 2-capsule principle ensures a more even absorption over 24 hours.
Take 2 capsules per day with meals (best to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening).
Note: Only take medication after consulting with a doctor. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or nursing women, those under 18 years old, on an empty stomach, or when consuming other green tea products on the same day.
