Take 4 capsules a day with a meal (preferably 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Magnesium can have a laxative effect in larger quantities. Contains vitamin K: if you are taking anticoagulants (e.g. Marcumar®), only take this product after consulting a doctor.
