AntiStress-in-form®forte multi+ supports the protection of cells from oxidative stress with vitamin B2 and the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium supports the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The preparation offers extra strong effects due to higher dosage and additional micronutrients. It contains a complex of all important B vitamins as well as the amino acids L-theanine, L-tryptophan, L-tyrosine, and taurine plus secondary plant compounds and extracts from ashwagandha, roseroot and Ginkgo biloba. In addition, the multi+ Vital Complex also provides you with essential vitamins and minerals. Best quality is naturally guaranteed in a FormMed preparation.

4 capsules per day with meals (best to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening).
Note: Magnesium can have a laxative effect in high amounts. Only take in consultation with a doctor if you are on medication. Contains Vitamin K, which can affect the efficacy of blood thinners (e.g., Marcumar®).
