Alphalipoform® R 200+ is especially suitable if you need α-lipoic acid in its pure R-isomer form and high dosage. R-α-lipoic acid is the natural form of α-lipoic acid found in foods and the body, and it is better absorbed. This high-quality supplement additionally contains biotin to support normal nervous system function. Vitamin C in Alphalipoform® R 200+ is provided as basic calcium ascorbate.
1 capsule per day on an empty stomach (at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal) with a small amount of liquid.
