All eight forms of vitamin E

Vitamin E occurs naturally as a mixture of eight different forms: four tocopherols and four tocotrienols (ɑ-, β-, ɣ- and δ-tocopherol and ɑ-, β-, ɣ- and δ-tocotrienol). All of these forms are also important for human nutrition.
FormMed preparations: based on the latest scientific findings
Many micronutrient preparations often contain only one form of vitamin E, namely ɑ-tocopherol. However, this does not correspond to the latest scientific findings: experts therefore advise against taking a single form in large quantities. This is why FormMed preparations contain all 8 forms of vitamin E.
Different form, different effect
Vitamin E helps protect our cells from oxidative stress. Tocotrienols, as a special vitamin E subform, can make a valuable contribution to this. FormMed preparations with vitamin E therefore mainly contain the combination of tocopherol(s) and tocotrienols.
