3 capsules per day with a meal (preferably 1 capsule in the morning, 1 at midday, and 1 in the evening).
Important: Additional intake of calcium (e.g., Calcioform®) is required. Please consult your doctor regarding the dosage.
Note: Do not exceed 800 mg of EGCG per day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, on an empty stomach, or with other green tea products on the same day. Contains vitamin K (If taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Marcumar®), consult your doctor before use.)
